Are you outgoing, knowledgeable and performance driven? Do you have the determination to close sales and build lasting relationships with new and established customers? If so, our client a leader in Bathroom Fixtures and Tile would like you to join our dedicated team of sales professionals.

Job Type: Full-time
Job Location: Brooklyn, NY
Required education: Associate degree or higher
Required experience: 2 years of Selling decorative plumbing supplies and/or fixtures
Duties Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
  • Assisting showroom customers with reliable information regarding product specifications, product suitability, pricing, and availability, assessing their needs, guiding their product selections, and successfully closing the sale
  • Entering Sales Orders, arranging shipping, and maintain customer communication to ensure an accurate and timely order processing
  • Maintaining product literature files to ensure the most current and accurate information is always provided to our customers
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly required sales and profit targets
  • Working with customers in determining project needs
  • Advising contractors, designers and trade professionals as needed
  • Write quotes and orders in a well-organized manner
  • 3+ years decorative plumbing sales (bathroom furniture and equipment: vanities, tubs, toilets, medicine cabinets, shower systems, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of leading brands (Grohe, Hansgrohe, Duravit, Toto, Kohler, Delta, etc)
  • General computer skills and previous experience with web based order entry and processing systems

  • The ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
  • Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends
