Inventory Analyst – Central NJ 
Our client is a premier international distributor of stone/tile products and is searching for an Inventory Analyst to join their growing team.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to do the following: 
•             Planning Inventory for the Northeast locations that involves fulfillment and replenishment of the material
•             Coordinates all outgoing and incoming Tile and Slab transfers for the facility
•             Performs audit and quality control of Tile and Slab merchandise; makes decisions on transferring materials from overstock warehouse depending on sales
•             In charge of checking and investigating missing materials, and take corrective actions accordingly
•             Plan and manage the merchandise needs for the team that involves making sample board for customers, local events, MSI showroom
•             Responsible for following up with the Buyers/Merchants on shipments, ETA, vendor credits and other product related issues
•             Updates the showroom with new materials and keeps track of removing old/discontinued products
•             Responsible for the Tile cycle count, and generates inventory fulfillment reports.
•             Visits customers and promotes materials.
•             Optimizes inventory levels by warehouses, by products, in partnerships cross-functionally across the company
•             Performs additional duties as required and or requested.
Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and Experience requirements:
•             Bachelor’s Degree preferred. High School Diploma required.
•             Previous Logistics or Supply Chain experience strongly preferred.
•             Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
•             Proficient in using Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•             Strong analytical and quantitative ability.
